Souvenir "Nigger Head Rock" plate, from Pennington Gap, Virginia. The rock was name “Nigger Head Rock” because there appears to be a silhouette of black man's head carved in the rock. You can see the image on the upper right hand side of the plate. The rock's name was was changed to "Great Stone Face in the 1970's."

Whitman's Pickaninny Peppemints unfolded box. Whitman's sold candy until the early 2000's when it was purchased by Russell Stover. Pickanniny was spelled several ways another way the word was spelled is piccanniny.

Gilner Mammy cookie jar was designed by Gilner Pottery Company. The Culver City California plant was in business from 1947 until it was destroyed by fire in 1958.
